These sessions are about you, your pace, and your comfort. The focus is on the process and not on competition or walking until exhausted. Together, we will move you towards a healthier way of relating to your mind, body and spirit or help you tackle ideas or conflict that moves you towards wise action. You set the pace of the session. If you prefer a meditative, relaxing session of walking or a more active, fast-paced session,  Shannon will match your pace.
